This powerful and effective combination of B vitamins provides, whenever possible, B vitamins in their optimal coenzyme form, so that phosphorylation is not required by the body for the vitamins to be used in biochemical reactions. B-Supreme contains our proprietary NatureFolate blend of active isomers, naturally occurring folates. Choline and TMG are also included to promote efficient methylation and therefore ensure optimal gene expression.
